Horizon Europe daily-rate calculator
Under the EU 2021–2027 grant agreements a person’s daily rate is their actual annual personnel cost divided by 215 — and, for a period that is not a full year of full-time work, by the day-equivalents that period allows. This is the arithmetic Beneficia’s cost statements run; here it runs in your browser.

- Maximum day-equivalents
- 215
- Daily rate
- —
How it is computed
- 1
Enter the actual personnel cost for the period: salary, employer’s social charges and other statutory costs, as the agreement defines them.
- 2
Enter the months the period covers and the working-time factor (1 for full-time, 0.8 for four days a week). Add a line for each stretch with a different factor.
- 3
The maximum day-equivalents are 215 ÷ 12 per month times the factor, added up and rounded to the nearest half once. The daily rate is the cost divided by that, to the cent.
