CBE JU

Grants of the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking share the Horizon Europe model agreement — the same Article 20 time records, the same daily rate, the same 215 — and add the in-kind obligations of Annex 5. Beneficia carries CBE JU as its own programme so the two are never confused.

Everything Horizon Europe: day-equivalents, the monthly signatures, cost categories A to E, the 25 % flat rate, the € 430 000 certificate threshold
A programme record of its own, so a CBE JU grant inherits the right rules without anyone re-typing them
The in-kind contributions — IKOP, in-kind contributions to operational activities, and IKAA, to additional activities — are stated in Annex 1 and reported in the Portal’s Continuous Reporting tool; Beneficia names the obligation on the grant and leaves the Portal’s own tool to do the reporting
