Information, not advice

The pages, guides and tools on this site describe the EU grant agreements and Dutch schemes as we read them, with their sources. They are information, not legal or financial advice, and they do not replace the text of your own grant agreement or the judgment of your auditor. Check the agreement that applies to you.

The calculators run the arithmetic the agreement describes on the figures you enter. They do not know your agreement, your contract or your accounts; the result is only as right as the figures you gave.

The free tools

You may use the calculators and download and use the timesheet template for your own organisation’s work, free of charge. You may not sell them or present them as your own.

Content and marks

The text, design and images on this site are ours. Other companies’ names and products mentioned on this site (such as Clockify) are the marks of their owners, named only to describe them; no affiliation is implied.

Liability

We keep this site accurate and available with reasonable care, and we accept no liability for loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows. The Beneficia application is offered under a separate agreement with each customer.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
